Must Have: 1967 Ferrari 330 P4 Le Mans

Is this the time to buy a $10 million Ferrari? Well, yes, because it's only in times like these that people need to unload such things. Otherwise they'd never sell, because ultra-rare Ferraris are one of the few things guaranteed to increase in value. On May 17, RM Auctions, in association with Sotheby’s will be selling this 1967 Ferrari 330 P4 at its Ferrari Leggenda e Passione event in Maranello, Italy.

Regarded as one of the greatest sports-racing prototypes ever designed by Ferrari, the 330 P4 is one of only three ever built. This example has a distinguished racing pedigree including a win at the 1000-kilometre Trofeo Filippo Caracciolo in Monza and a third overall finish at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1967. The May 17 event marks the first time it has come to market in 38 years. Plus, it's fucking beautiful. Get on it.

Continuing on our celebrity real estate kick, we now present to you the $40 million Georgian-style brick townhouse Madonna just snapped up on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Reminiscent of a London townhouse, the 26-room classic Georgian residence is notable for its extraordinary 57-foot width, making it one of the widest houses on the Upper East side, its 3000 sq. ft. garden bordered by tall trees, rhododendron and roses, and its double-car garage, a rarity for the neighborhood.

The 4-story townhouse has approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of living space, including a 38' x 22' drawing room with tall south windows overlooking the garden, a paneled dining room off the garden terrace, intimate library, 13 bedrooms, 11' ceilings, 9 fireplaces, Georgian staircase, elevator, and wine cellar with a grotto.
